Anniliina Salmi, from the Lahti University of Applied Sciences interpreted European Linen in a very playful way for the contest Feel The Yarn. In collaboration with CELC Masters of Linen she developed her project using linen yarns 100% Made in Europe provided by the associated spinning companies DECOSTER-CAULLIEZ, SAFILIN – Tintoria di Pollone, Hungaro-Len, LINIFICIO e CANAPIFICIO NAZIONALE, CARIAGGI LANIFICIO S.p.A.

Anniliina choose cheerful colours – candy pink and yellow, combined with transparent white – and explore the roundness inspired by bubblegums. The result is a fun world where rules don’t matter and life is made to be enjoyed!
